01 - Why Start a New Tech Blog When the Internet Is Already Full of Them?

We live in a time where every buzzword in tech has a hundred blogs, a thousand tutorials, and a million opinions. So naturally, the first question that comes up is:

Why start another blog?

I’ve asked myself the same. But the answer became crystal clear when I looked at my own journey — and the gap I still see in today’s conversation around technology, especially AI, ML, GenAI, and their real business value.

A Unique Lens Built Over 22+ Years

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked on building and modernizing enterprise data platforms, crafting architectures, leading digital transformations, and solving complex business problems across the banking and risk domain. I've learned that real-world solutions aren't just about tools or code — they’re about understanding the business deeply, thinking critically, and designing sustainable systems.

My experience includes:

  • Leading 700+ professionals across 100+ agile teams

  • Successfully delivering 150+ projects of all shapes and sizes

  • Continuously learning and applying new technologies to solve real business challenges — from classic data warehousing to cutting-edge AI and GenAI models

This blog is my way of opening that vault — to share insights from trenches, lessons from failures, and blueprints that worked.

The Gap That Needs Filling

Yes, there’s a flood of tech content online — but much of it falls into these categories:

1. Endless POCs and MVPs, but Limited Execution

Many organizations experiment with AI and GenAI, but few reach production. The missing piece? Clarity in identifying the right use cases with tangible ROI. That’s where I want to focus.

2. Awareness Over Action

Training programs and webinars abound, but very few translate into actual working solutions. The industry needs more “here’s how we solved it” than “here’s what this tool does.”

This blog will focus on bridging that gap.

What You Can Expect Here

This blog isn’t about regurgitating tech news or reviewing the latest tools. Instead, it’s about:

  • Real-life case studies from industry experience

  • Problem-solving walkthroughs for AI/ML/GenAI in business

  • Hands-on implementations with practical code examples

  • Guidance for students and early professionals on navigating their journey from college to corporate

Why Now?

With GenAI and intelligent systems reaching every corner of the enterprise, there’s never been a better time to stop talking about potential and start building meaningful solutions. I’m excited to be part of that movement — and to help others do the same.

If you're someone who’s passionate about using technology to drive impact, or if you’ve ever wondered “how can I actually make this work in my business?”, this space is for you.

What’s Next?

Before we jump head-first into architectures, use cases, and hands-on implementations, I believe it's important to set the stage properly. This is not just another tech wave — it's a revolution, and understanding its context is critical.

In the next few posts, I’ll cover foundational topics that will help us navigate this journey with clarity and purpose:

Stay tuned — the journey has just begun.
